Terms & Conditions

By booking with Heart of Savannah, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before confirming your travel arrangements:

• Booking & Payment: A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking to secure your safari or tour package. The balance must be paid at least 30 days before departure.


• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 45 days before departure are refundable minus administrative fees. Cancellations within 30 days are subject to partial refunds or forfeiture of deposit, depending on supplier policies.


• Travel Documents: Clients are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and any other required travel documents. Heart of Savannah can provide guidance but cannot be held liable for missing documentation.


• Price Changes: All prices are quoted in USD or KES and are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, government taxes, park fees, or fuel surcharges. Clients will be notified of any adjustments in advance.


• Liability: While we take every measure to ensure a safe and enjoyable trip, Heart of Savannah is not liable for injury, loss, damage, delays, or expenses arising from natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, or other factors beyond our control.


• Insurance: We strongly recommend all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical expenses, trip cancellations, and personal belongings.


• Safari Activities: All activities are subject to weather conditions and park regulations. We reserve the right to make changes in itineraries where necessary to ensure client safety and comfort.


• Special Requests: Any dietary, medical, or accommodation requests must be communicated at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate, but guarantees cannot always be made.


• Disputes: Any dispute arising from these terms will be governed by the laws of Kenya and handled under Kenyan jurisdiction.
